Without structure, our progress will be limited. A program should be built based around your lifestyle. Forget a week from now or even three months. Think for as long as possible. I know being a parent and staying in shape isn’t easy. Time is tight. Energy is low. And most days you’re putting everyone else first. Truth is… as a coach, I thought I understood it. I’d tell clients to just stay consistent or but until you actually become a parent, you don’t fully get it. The broken sleep, the unpredictability, the constant responsibility. It’s different. It doesn’t mean that we cannot achieve our goals, we just need to change how we approach them. HIT SAVE ON THIS FOR LATER 📌
