I’ve never felt more pride in my Korean heritage than today but it was a long journey as someone who was adopted into a non-AAPI family.

Similar to what happens to the world if the U.S. economy collapses, if China, as the second largest economy and the global manufacturing superpower, collapses, we will get impacted, massively.
What struck me was the scale of the files and the candles representing the survivors. The amount of courage it took for those who have come forward to speak and those who are fighting on behalf of the victims is incredible.
Trump ran on a platform to release the files and he continues to refuse to do it. We need transparency and their release and we need to protect the survivors in the process.
