7 years ago, I sat at the monocle cafe on chiltern street and decided I would make London my home. At the same very moment, I quietly dreamed about one day being in monocle magazine. Fast forward to that same day exactly 7 years later, here we are.
It’s not often we come across moments like this, the quiet dreams that come to fruition with a touch of serendipitous timing.
And it’s a perfect time to reflect on all the incredible people that have been part of this ride: the team, the customers, the ambassadors and the friends and family that keep you sane along the way. For the trust and belief in the vision to do something that matters, I couldn’t do it without you. The future of our skin is quite literally alive and well (with @fjor.life that is) 🦠

Sometimes being a founder can feel like a lonely world. You have to make tough decisions, sit with set back after set back and still continue to persevere day in and day out - for the sake of building something meaningful.
Maybe the superpower you ultimately develop is the grit to power through, trust your vision and still cherish special moments like these along the way.
Incredibly grateful to the Monocle family and @rangerover for such a whirlwind weekend at the @fsathens . From listening to monocle radio live, magnificent meals, traversing the city in style, dinner at an iconic 1960’s modernist villa and excruciatingly excellent Pilates at @tatoiclub - this trip truly spoiled our senses.
