Yesterday at the Wintercircus in Ghent, we attended the Campari Negroni Competition 2025. Hannes was one of the jury members (and a former winner himself). Ten brilliant bartenders from all over Belgium brought their own twist to the classic Negroni, proving there’s still room to surprise with a drink that’s over a century old.
