VOCAL LIBERATION RETREAT
Hoi An, Vietnam • July 10–14
A 4-day immersion into voice, body & expression.
This retreat is for women who want to feel more free in their voice, creativity, expression, and presence.
Not only technically stronger — but more alive, open, embodied, and expressive.
We’ll combine:
— vocal training & technique

— somatic & body-based practices
— movement
— acting exercises
— emotional release
— play, exploration & performance
This is not about becoming “perfect.”
It’s about softening the fear of being seen.
Freeing the voice.
Allowing more of yourself to come through.
A small intimate group.
Deep work.
Beautiful space in Hoi An.
Max 8 participants
💫 Early Bird pricing available until May 31

It’s been about 5 months of acting classes
This week I did torture scenes 3 times and possessed one ( watch the slides)
And it’s just a beginning of this journey
( yes I took acting classes before couple of years ago but it was not specified for working on movie set)
And back then 4-5 years ago
I was all about “being afraid of vulnerability”
And this “journey of being vulnerable again” has been supported by my Art Projects over the years
Singing
Improvising
Being on stage
Writing my songs
Performing them on stage for the first time
Making a movie about the most traumatizing time of my life
Acting
Now I am learning that
Acting is not about “pretending”
Its about presence and vulnerability
How much of your identity are you ready to let go of ?
How much of your identity can you let go of at this moment of time ?
Can you take off the mask of “perfection” and be raw?
It’s not about planning perfect lines And perfect expression
It’s honesty
Rawness
Vulnerability
Presence
For me in general “great artist” is the one who is not afraid to be “UGLY”
I was never impressed with artists who represent “perfect picture”
Some idealistic avatar
Like pop culture mostly
Artist who can show their pain
Artists who can show their imperfections
Artists who shows you that we all have darkness within us and we can express it in art safely, it’s the part of human psyche
( if you think you don’t have dark, shadow sides , I have bad news for you 😅)
It’s important to master the skills
But technique and skills are nothing without some level of vulnerability and rawness
Pure honesty and vulnerability without mastered skills >mastered skills without any vulnerability
And in case of ACTING the thing is you can’t even be good without vulnerability
“Pretending” can get you just that far…
Just like in life , hah?🙂

When you’re 15, 21, even 25, you think 35 is so far away,
and that by 35 you’re definitely gonna be married, have children,
and have a dream career, business, whatever.
And you have all your life figured out.
And nope, it’s not like that at all.
You all have a different journey,
and our life is so unpredictable.
And the journey is just different for everyone.
And I do keep my vision in mind,
but also it’s not always going the way I expected it.
But the only thing I know
is that I am committed to becoming that version of myself
that I need to become in order to receive the life
that I have a vision for.
With all that resistance that comes up sometimes.
With all the challenges.
With all the bumps in the road.
I’m in a completely different place at 35
than I thought I would be when I was 20 years old.
And I’m very proud of who I am today.
I’m very excited for what’s coming.
I’m open to this life,
to this journey that’s called life ✨
Thank you @eternalgipsy for this amazing photo shoot 🤍

1
They say pets and their owners usually look alike.
Yeah… I guess so.
New Year with my little baby. 🐾
2
Survived dengue fever.
That was intense.
Thank God I’m alive.
Recovery is still going on for my body, but I’m grateful it’s behind me.
3
Great time with friends 🤍
Christmas celebrations.
Slowly coming back to life.
4
I wrote down 12 wishes and intentions for the new year and burned one every day.
This is the one that stayed — the one in my hands.
5
That’s my New Year — far away from all the noise.
I’m almost 35 and I truly don’t understand loud New Year’s celebrations anymore.
6
Enjoying acting so much.
Learning something new and growing in it brings me so much joy right now.
Almost all past year I spent searching for something new that would bring a sense of satisfaction — and I found it in acting, for sure. It makes me curious and playful ❤️

That’s the kind of support and words I need more than you know.
Artists need to hear how important their work is.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who sent me their support.
I don’t know how many times I sang this song to be honest but it’s been a while and it felt good / classic that will never die for me @ledzeppelin@robertplantofficial #ledzepplin#wholelottalove#singer#singersongwriter#vocalcoach
In acting, we call it choice.
We don’t plan emotions. We don’t mechanically decide how to play a character —
we live them.
Before stepping into a scene, we choose a direction — and that single choice can transform the entire monologue.
For example:
The same text can be played as a psychopath with zero self-awareness…
Or as a psychopath who’s just starting to realize something is wrong and maybe they need help.
Same words. Completely different world.
And the same applies to singing.
When you sing, you get to choose:
Are you singing to someone else?
Or… are you singing to yourself?
That choice changes everything — tone, energy, vulnerability, connection.
Art begins with the choice.
And the choice is what makes it alive. 🎭✨
