I’m a total beginner with a sewing machine, and I’m learning as I go. Most of what I do know, I learned from watching my dad - not his profession, but he learned so that he could tailor clothes for us, like school uniforms or my aikido hakama 🥹💕
Machine’s almost two years old, and I’ve mostly been doing repairs for family here in Canada - like carrying the torch (HR-pun fully intended) from my dad - but I’m glad I was able to put it to use for this personal project!
It’s imperfect, and the stitches could be straighter, but it’s mine and I love it 🥹💕
