Tried a new recipe for dinner this evening, and it was scrumptious! This is vegetarian, but would be super easy to make vegan. They didn’t have plant based feta, and you could swap the honey for maple syrup. And this dish is protein packed! I used plant-based yogurt but Greek yogurt works good too Yum!😋🤤😋
