Before I started NAPS, I was never really a social media person- a few cute pics here and there was good for me.
But when I stopped drinking, I realized I was looking for connection with actual people who also believed maybe partying and living life without booze could still be… fun? Revolutionary concept, I know.
So I started sharing little pieces of my journey, and somewhere along the way NAPS became less about me and more about connecting people to spaces where they feel good about being themselves and have the choice to decide what’s in their glass,
I’m grateful for the community it’s brought into my life and for every person helping normalize fun that doesn’t require a hangover as proof you had it.

Yesterday was the LFGO Wellness Summit at the Go Brewing taproom in Naperville… and yes, a full taproom of NA options still makes me do a double take 👀 ✨
Working with Go Brewing continues to bring some really special opportunities and people into my life, and yesterday was one of those days that just felt really good.
It was a day rooted in connection—something I’ve always valued, but even more so since I stopped drinking. Being around people who are open, curious, and willing to step a little outside their comfort zone (including me… doing athletic things, which feels like a personal plot twist 😅) is something I don’t take for granted.
Go Brewing isn’t just a brand—it’s a community. They show up, they mean what they say, and they create spaces where people can actually connect. And I feel really grateful to be building alongside them and getting to know so many incredible humans in the process.
