This piece explores the ideas of feeling constrained and in pain within a relationship while simultaneously wanting to be held close and be supported within it.
Like Shibari, relationships can often feel uncomfortable and painful yet we sometimes find solace within this.
Life can feel like a suspension, being held by a teather of hope and longing.
In the end, we either remain bound in pain or unravel the ties to find peace.
