Master Class Yesterday's master class was absolutely phenomenal! Got a chance to talk to this phenomenal group of over 220 women gathered and thirsty for knowledge. It is so gratifying to have a chance to positively touch other people's lives😘 Surrounded by love... it gives us the heart to connect, to care, and to create meaningful relationships. Gratitude ... this is 53! 53 years on this earth, so unbelivable cos it feels like it was just the other day when i was playing u nophuca with my siblings and cousins, growing up in my home filled with love and laughter😘 My heart is full of gratitude to God, my grand parents (ave ndibakhumbula) my mother, my aunts and uncles who all raised me to be the woman I am. I am grateful for my husband, my siblings, my friends, my children and everyone who continues on this journey with me. 53 years of life, love, lessons, and countless blessings... both seen and unseen🥰 Thank you, God, for every sunrise I've witnessed, every challenge that made me stronger, and every joy that reminded me of your goodness. A young throwback when our sons went to ulwaluko and umbhinqiso preceding their journey. Ow what a sacred and beautiful time that will forever be etched into our hearts... even moreso now💕😘🥳 I am so glad they experienced this journey together... it is a very special and sacred rite of passage for amaHlubi of the Xhosa nation... they had a quiet few weeks with no outside noise in order to connect (initiates) to the ancestors. I found myself drawing parallels between the unassuming Aloe plant and the mothering journey. I am truly grateful to still have my mother and spending today with her😘 No demand 4 perfect conditions. No need 4 applause of a crowd. Mothers simply hold — storing life within themselves so that when the moment comes, they can give.🥰 Mothers carry what others cannot see — faith layered over fear, strength worn beneath exhaustion, and a love that keeps regenerating even when it feels spent. Like aloe, yes indeed Aloe! they are built to heal, to soothe what is raw, to show up without ceremony and offer something real.💫💥 "She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future."
