Safa’s Cafe ☕️
The very first Nais Table takeover, and we couldn’t imagine sharing it with anyone but our nearest and dearest, Safa 🤍
To celebrate her 30th and fulfill her dream of opening a café, we transformed Nais Table into “Safa’s Café” in less than 24 hours. What began as little planning meetings quickly turned into afternoons of catching up, exchanging ideas, obsessing over tiny details, and of course… a little side gossip here and there.
This project felt especially meaningful because it came together so naturally, with so much love from friends. Everyone brought a little piece of themselves into it : from Nais, cozy signature recipes, baked goods from our bakery studio, and warm cups of coffee.
With the beautiful and talented Pearl from @hernameisnala bringing everything to life through her styling and art direction, Safa’s Café felt warm, personal, and full of heart.
And of course, no birthday is complete without a beautiful cake from @snpcakestudio 🤍
Last but not least, Happy birthday to our dear Safa. Thank you for letting us be part of something so personal and special. And to all our beloved friends who helped make this happen, we love you. Our hearts feel so full.

It’s that time of year again, the sun, and the Bangkok heat! So,of course, a good brunch is in order!
Also, just a little heads-up on our opening hours during Songkran :
We’re OPEN EVERYDAY throughout the Songkran festival (well, except for Mondays), serving both brunch and dinner as usual.

NAIS BINGO NIGHT 🍷
Since it’s Friday the 13th, we thought it’d be the perfect excuse to gather for some pie, wine, and BINGO!
Come for a chill evening with your family or friends. Join a round of bingo or if you’d rather just relax and hang out, that’s totally fine too. But honestly… you might change your mind once you see the prizes.
For each round:
1st BINGO : A bottle of Prosecco 🍾
2nd BINGO : Salmon Roe Cream Cheese Dip & Crisps 🥔
Rounds at 7PM & 8PM, so please arrive before then if you’d like to join the games!

If you’ve been with us since the early Nais days, you’ve probably seen (and maybe ordered) our Rosti Benedict & Smoked Salmon.
In true Mum’s style, we keep it simple and cozy. Golden crispy homemade potato rosti, extra smoked salmon, and poached hen’s egg, finished with salmon roe, cool tzatziki, and fresh seasonal greens.
We thought we might just post it to remind you of 2023 Nais Table. It’s the kind of dish that feels very Mum, comforting, honest, and meant to be enjoyed slowly, and probably with a glass of Bubbles. 🥂

This is the kind of place we always dreamed of creating. A room filled with soft light, familiar flavours (mum’s cooking, ofcourse) , and the quiet comfort of feeling at home.
At Nais, every dish carries a memory of family recipes, long conversations, and moments that didn’t need anything fancy to feel special. We cook the way we were taught, slowly, thoughtfully, with a lot of heart, and sometimes we make it up as we go. So, come on through to Nais, if you want that nostalgic homey flavours.

This pasta season at Nais Table started with a bowl in Venice and memories from Mum’s kitchen.
🦑 Spicy Pasta Negra
Squid ink pasta with a slight kick, inspired by an unforgettable bowl in Venice and my sister-in-law’s all-time favourite dish. So this was my own personal challenge to make sure she approves of our recipe.
🦀 Chilli Crab Linguine
Fresh, slightly creamy, and full of the sea, my own twist on Mum’s homemade crab pasta that she says is her go-to dish latterly for dinner parties.
