Honored to have been behind the camera for a @misfitsboxing fight night “The Fight Before Christmas”
Capturing elite, professional fighters in an environment this intense is always a privilege.
Shot on the Sony FX3 paired with a 24–70mm lens, fully rigged.
Heavy setup, long hours, constant movement. Physically demanding, but this is where preparation and years of experience truly matter. With the right support and workflow, everything moved smoothly from start to finish.
For this project, I utilized a dual-FX3 setup to capture two distinct emotional layers of the same scene.
• The Foundation: Sony FX3 + 24-70mm. Locked off on the main wide to anchor the frame, providing that clean, high-production scale that sets the stage.
• The Soul: Sony FX3 + 70-200mm. Operating handheld to bring an organic, reactive energy to the edit. The compression of the 70-200mm combined with natural movement is what truly gives the video its life.
Having these two distinct angles is a game-changer in post. Beyond the creative freedom, it’s the key to maintaining pace and making the final edit feel seamless and intentional.

🎬 A Filmmaker’s Nightmare
Shot entirely in my bedroom with nothing more than a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and a magic arm. Proof that creativity doesn’t need a million-dollar setup. Just vision and persistence.
Back in university, I thought editing was something you could always hire someone else to do. I avoided it, scared of the hours behind a computer. But as I grew in the industry, I realized editing wasn’t optional. It was the heartbeat of storytelling.
Four years ago, I took the leap. Baby steps turned into long nights, frustration into breakthroughs. Today, I’m proud to share this piece. Not just as a filmmaker, but as an editor who finally embraced the craft.
After two long years… I’m back.
The camera never stopped rolling in my mind—now it’s time to bring the vision to life.
Big projects. Bold stories. Be ready for what’s coming.
