Migrant Thai and Gewürztraminer? Meet Bridget Mac of Werkstatt Wines. Bridget worked and trained as an artist for 15 years before commencing a Bachelor of Wine Science in 2019, marking her career change to winemaking. Since then and while still studying, she has immersed herself in the industry in her local regions of Victoria, Tasmania, Burgundy and Alsace. In 2022, Bridget successfully launched her first vintage under her own label, Werkstatt. In 2024 she was awarded the Young Gun of Wine ‘Best New Act’ category and was featured in Max Allen’s top 20 wines of the year. In 2025 Bridget’s inaugural Gewürztraminer was included in the Halliday Top 100 Wines of the year. Naga Dining welcomes you to our most exciting pop-up to date! We are proud to welcome our friend and renowned Bangkok chef Dylan Eitharong of @haawmbkk to join us in the kitchen for 2 days of big flavours, flowing drinks and loud tunes. The offering will include a set menu curated by Dylan and Dan as well as a whole new slew of cocktails by our ever inventive Kris to give you a day of big fun, big energy and big flavours. Sun, 11th Jan - 1pm til late for a classic Naga Sunday Mon, 12th Jan - 6pm til late for a more intimate and elevated offering Bookings through @arnolds_kensington Disclaimer: The menu for the day will cater for Coeliac and Dairy/Lactose free allergies only. Naga #4 is just around the corner and we’re excited to round out this Arnold’s series with another solid service. Along for the ride on this one is our dear friend Kayla Saito @kayla.m.saito You’ll be hard pressed to find a person who’s crossed paths with Kayla that hasn’t learnt something new. With a focus (obsession) on fermentation, waste- reduction and seasonality, she brings a positive and thoughtful energy to whichever space she finds herself. Kayla and Kris will be creating 8 signatures for this months Naga offering so you can expect big flavours, big tunes, lots of fizzy drinks and, as always, big energy. Thank you to all of you who came out to Naga 3. Andrew Perry (@mooanitnit ) like he always does put his heart, soul, blood, sweat and chilli tears into this menu. His knowledge, experience, genuine positivity and love for Northern Thai cuisine brought a menu to you that we could have never accomplished on our own.
