Started at YMU in 2019 as a team assistant with zero clue.
Fast forward through a few job titles, a lot of learning (and mild chaos)… and I’m now Executive Director of Growth & innovation.
I’m a lucky man.
This is a gift but the biggest gift - the people. Some of my closest friends have come from this job, which I definitely didn’t expect when I was just trying to figure out what perpetuity meant. Huge congrats to @jordanjohnson50@laurenclark_1@meghanpeterson who have all been promoted to new exec director roles and to my mentor @clairedundas who steps up as senior exec director 🔥
