I wish I saw my mother (2025)
Been really blocked creatively lately, overthinking everything, doubting my art. I think always the best thing to do is going back to the real reason behind why I am an artist. And it is to tell my story or actually to create one, to create memories with people I wish I had more memories with, and to answer all the questions that I have in mind since I was a kid.
The only reason why I am a filmmaker is because I don’t really know how to talk, how to say what I want directly, my brain is just tangled with thoughts, but one thing that I know for sure: I wish I saw my mom, I wish i had the chance to create more memories with her, I wish I had more images of her in my head, I wish i could remember her voice.
This is the launch of my visual collection: “Afternoon Dreams” which translates weird dreamlike experiences into an audiovisual experience using any audio or visual resource around me.
