May is both National Mental Health Awareness Month and Asian American, Native Hawaiian & Pacific Islander Heritage Month, a time to honor the strength, resilience, healing, and joy within our communities.
Nuanua Collective is proud to launch our Wellness Program with a community wellness day in partnership with the National Asian American Pacific Islander Mental Health Association.
Join us on May 23rd at Jordan Park for a day centered around culturally rooted healing for our AANHPI communities. We’ll have mental health resources and providers on site, free acupuncture, sound baths, STI/HIV testing, safe sex kits, and the Wellness Bus offering free screenings, nutritional counseling, and more.
This event is open to ALL communities ♥️🌊
We’re also excited to host an instructed beginner class of Xtreme Hip Hop Step with Jakey & special guests on the mic 👀🎶 Whether it’s your first class or you already know the moves, all levels, bodies, and ages are welcome. More details to come!!
