Chocoflan or how is also called the IMPOSSIBLE CAKE, is a dessert that combines two classic sweets: chocolate cake and flan. It’s called impossible because the 2 layers (flan and chocolate cake) reversed while baking, but this also depends how you separated it and bake it.
Chocoflan is been one of my favorite cakes lately, not only to eat it but when make it it’s a fun process ✨🙆🏻♀️

Sofia is a 25-year-old immigrant from Guatemala, who has been baking since she was 15.
Sofia’s biggest inspiration is her mom, who taught her how to bake as a child. Some of her favorite memories are baking different types of cookies every year for Christmas and selling them around her neighborhood.
Years later Sofia moved to the US for a better life and opportunities to help her family back in Guatemala.
Sofia started making pastries for her coworkers at Hey Love for fun until @blahblah.4ever invited her to sell them at her first market.
Ever since that market she has been baking part time and growing her pastry business!
She offers GF and vegan options.
