While I absolutely love a simple artisan loaf , I decided to add some chia seeds in this one.
Once baked , a simple bread of butter & jam makes it irresistible!

Crispy garlic & herb cheesesticks . Seriously flaky , cheesy, and so yumm !
Ingredients :
Puff pastry sheets ( thawed)
@soignon_arabia garlic and herb cheese
Egg 1 ( beaten)
Roasted sesamse seeds
Method:
Preheat the oven and line a baking tray with parchment paper and keep aside
Thaw the puff pastry sheets and spread a generous helping of @soignon_arabia
garlic and herb cheese
Add another puff pastry sheets on top and press gently.
Cut into 1 inch wide strips and twist each strip .
Add egg wash to every strip and sprinkle roasted sesamse seeds on top .
Bake for 20 mins at 150C
Serve with some more @@soignon_arabia garlic and herb cheese.
