Conscious un-conditioning of habit patterns are illuminated when we slow down enough to see ourselves clearly. Sometimes the act of slowing down is the hardest part.
Are you creating time to just be? Lmk

3 Reasons to Practice Embodiment
1. Cultivate Presence – Embodiment helps you shift from overthinking to fully experiencing the present moment, deepening your connection to yourself and the world around you.
2. Regulate Your Nervous System – Through mindful movement, breath, and sensation awareness, you can soothe stress, reduce anxiety, and build resilience.
3. Deepen Self-Trust – By listening to your body’s wisdom, you strengthen intuition and create a more authentic, grounded way of being.
As we attune to the home of our bodies, we become resonant, we remember that we are always home here on this earth that each of us stewards- despite what may be happening in the world. Creating home within allows us to share nutrients with one another so that we can create home with and for each other.
✨ Want to deepen your embodiment practice with personalized guidance? I offer 1:1 sessions to help you cultivate presence, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom. DM me or click the link in my bio to learn more and book a session!

The importance of calming the chaos within: Immersing yourself in nature TV can help you attune to natures/your own rhythm and pace. Tune your body temple to nature to soothe collective heartbreak and grief. To quiet the noise. To see through delusion. To stabilize your frequency.
Notice and name—what do you see, hear, feel, smell, taste?
Can you see the music, feel the medicine, hear the knowing?
Ask yourself these questions the next time you’re outside and notice what shifts.

Nature’s remedy for feeling stuck/freeze state: flowing water
The sound alone can help soothe your nervous system
Somatically, flowing water reminds us to move the body to shift the mindset. nothing here is forcing movement—
it’s happening, gently
freeze isn’t failure
it’s protection
let yourself thaw at your own pace

When everything feels like too much, expand your perception of the natural world. This supports your nervous system to relax by focusing on the body’s senses. Somatically, it moves you from a contracted state into an expanded field by reminding you that you are more than the mind.
I made something for this. Support your nervous system and embody a sense of steadiness with Gather:
lavender to soften
ylang ylang to open
blood orange to gently lift

Pause into Presence is an invitation to interrupt the habit energy of rushing. It is an opportunity to bridge a new connection with time from a spaciousness rooted in sovereignty and self devotion. One that collapses outdated systems of exhaustion and burnout.
Take your time beloved. You are worthy.

I’ve experienced some of the most profound breakthroughs and expansion while healing in groups. There were times when I felt unsafe to unmask and share vulnerably, and there was always someone modeling how to do that in the space…imperfectly and without apology. Witnessing healing in real time, WITH other people has been incredibly transformative, clarifying and affirming. It allowed me to see what I grew up not knowing how to do—to repair and sustain loving relationships with others and, most importantly, how to be with the fullness of who I am. How to face, welcome, forgive and fully accept all of my parts. Ever since I realized this, I’ve been on a mission to help create eco-systems of care that can hold all of who we are and all of who we are becoming.
The group field provides an extraordinary opportunity for growth, for connection and for communion with Spirit and with one another. If you’re wanting a space to nourish all of the different parts of yourself and embody loving- as bell hooks says—as a practice- an ethic, gather with us in Seeds of Devotion. We heal through presence, relationship and care. The time of healing and building in isolation is over. We are in the age of Aquarius. We heal collectively, or not at all. All of us are free, or none of us are free. Let’s go!

Winter asks us to slow down
but not to disappear.
Sometimes the medicine isn’t doing more
it’s letting the body move just enough
to remember it belongs to the earth.
A few gentle steps.
Breath meeting cold air.
Hands touching what the land offers freely.
Water reminding us that even in stillness, things are moving.
If the winter blues are visiting,
you don’t need to push them away.
Try widening the moment instead.
Let your feet feel the ground.
Let your body sway, stretch, soften.
Let nature hold some of what you’ve been carrying.
This is how devotion begins,
as a quiet tending.
Small moments.
Simple rituals.
Seeds planted intentionally, in Divine time.
You’re welcome to join February’s Seeds of Devotion monthly embodiment circle. We’re seeding a love ethic, honoring bell hooks and this season we’re in. I’d love to have you.

🌱✨ Seeds of Devotion ✨🌱
A monthly embodiment circle for those who want to live devotion — not as an idea, but as a practice rooted in the body.
Each month, we gather to honor the connection between our inner cycles and the seasons. To come into sacred union with the mind body, honoring its rhythm, its pace. We will honor the seeds planted within us with presence, rest, courage, and care. As the new calendar year settles in, we begin by resting, and remember that devotion is something we feel—something that grows through attention, tending, and time.
Our first gathering begins in January, so grab your seat now to open the portal to your own devotional path. Link is in the bio.
