A South East London–based DJ with a deep love for Jungle and Jungle Techno, MXW has been running Sound Therapy every other Monday for the past year and a half. Expect a two-hour session packed with smashing amens, rolling breaks, and funky basslines built to make your body move.
Growing up on everything from Linkin Park and Foo Fighters to The Prodigy, MXW’s journey moved through metal before landing in drum and bass in their late teens. Over the last seven years, that sound has evolved into a passion for Jungle, inspired by artists like Tim Reaper, Stekker, Janaway, Fendi-K and Cheetah.
More recently, MXW has been diving into Jungle Techno, drawing influence from names like Wishdokta, Slim Sinna and Arkyn.
