As Israel openly announces its plans for illegal annexation, it is sad to see any foodstuffs leave, but I hope that this will support farmers and artisans and allow them to continue in their trades.
I have been following Palestinian chefs and trying my best to learn from them. I’m very glad to learn more about Palestinian culture, and distraught at the idea of it being erased or white-washed.
