Factory level parts are not built in theory. They are tested at the limit every single weekend. 🤯🔥 This season we support several top supermoto riders and all the feedback from the track goes directly into the development of our products. Paul Müller is racing with our CNC swingarm, linkage triangle designed to change shock progression, and raised aluminum footpegs with titanium teeth optimized for supermoto riding position. Soon he will also start testing our new triple clamps. 👌 Bernhard Hitzenberger is using a very similar setup to Paul and together we are collecting important data directly from race pace conditions. Colin Beischroth and Jonas Nedved are also using our aluminum footpegs with titanium teeth, and Jonas will soon begin testing our Honda swingarm together with our new linkage setup. 🔥 Every rider is racing a different bike — we are testing on Husqvarna, Honda and Ducati platforms. This allows us to compare different chassis, geometries and suspension behavior in real racing conditions and transfer those experiences directly into our products. It’s not just about making parts. Nový bike je skoro hotovej 🔥 Teď už čekáme jen na nový model trojitých svorek s offsetem 14 mm, nové přepákování a finální ladění na brzdě. Jsme na to hodně zvědaví, protože na motoru proběhla spousta úprav – speciálně upravený výfuk od MTR, ostré vačky od MTR, větší škrticí klapka 53 mm, uzavřený karbonový airbox se 2 vstřikovači a naporovým sáním dopředu, které jsme zvolili hlavně kvůli splnění hlukových limitů na trati. K tomu závodní lehký píst, titanová ojnice a odlehčená kliková hřídel. Celá motorka bude navíc lehčí přibližně o 6 kg díky nové kyvné vidlici, brýlím, spoustě titanových šroubů a titanovému výfuku. Brzy uvidíme, co to umí 💪 The new bike is almost finished 🔥 Now we’re just waiting for the new triple clamps with 14 mm offset, new linkage, and final dyno tuning. We’re really curious about the result because the engine has undergone a lot of upgrades – a custom MTR exhaust, aggressive MTR cams, a bigger 53 mm throttle body, a closed carbon airbox with dual injectors, and a front ram-air intake mainly used to meet track noise limits. On top of that, a lightweight racing piston, titanium connecting rod, and a lightened crankshaft. The whole bike will also be around 6 kg lighter thanks to the new swingarm, triple clamps, lots of titanium bolts, and a titanium exhaust.
