Established in June 2012, The East Room has been growing as one of East Nashville's favorite place to see up and coming local and touring talent. Weāre looking for a few heroes should anybody be looking to dust off their cape! Last week was pretty damn disappointing for us at the state house, but we remain steadfast in our commitment to get the TN Live Music Fund off the ground this year. Hit us up if you want to be a part of that. š¤š
Big thanks to @juliamasters and @nashvillebiz for sharing the important story. Link in bio.

Since Nashville has seen some recent ordinances bringing new overlays, we thought it would make a lot of sense to focus this month's policy spotlight on Adaptive Reuse / Arts-Based Zoning Tools! Scroll on to learn more, and visit /tools-and-approaches for a deep dive on all the possibilities!
Located amid a sea of party buses, nightclubs branded after contemporary stars ⦠Robertās Western World serves as a stubborn symbol of history and traditionalism in a city thatās become defined by aggressive development. We are proud to call them an MVAN member, and excited to spotlight them this month. Go on down and grab a fried bologna sandwich, hit the dance floor, and support one of Broadway's proud independent venues!
