I am a result of all those that I’ve loved and all of the trinkets and tiny treats I’ve picked up along the way

Road kill tire marks etched into my tongue like the blue tattoos on fruit roll ups we used to press into our mouths.

Burnt my tongue on words I didn’t mean to say. Used sugar to quiet the pain and now I have a sweet tooth for words that might mean nothing.

We are all Buddhas disguised as adult sized children. Thank you to everyone who supported the trials and errors of my visual art explorations. The community that has shown support over the past year has greatly surpassed my expectations of what friends and community could like for myself. Your support and presence is deeply embedded in my soul and with an abundance of gratitude I thank you for all and any support. I have love for each and every one of you.

Many times I’m curious which road you’ll choose to take, yet I’ve remained oblivious to the choices we’ve been taught to make. So through the eyes of of which we are without our human form, I’ll explore the many lives we’ve all encountered as our norm. February 11th @theforgenashville

Is it religious to withhold belief from the ones we preach to love? Is it in faith to teach hate because perhaps it serves you love? Is it in love to hate the ones who brought us here, gave us life and taught us how to speak? Is it in strength to use your voice to degrade and dehumanize the humans who gave you the life to speak? Is it in the higher power to teach us the lessons of what it is to be human? And isn’t being human to be one?
