Coming from the countryside outside Stockholm, Simon grew up surrounded by live music and dance — an environment that naturally shaped his connection to movement from an early age.
His journey developed through both independent training and formal education, exploring styles like street dance, ballet, and contemporary, before diving deeper into his main focus: popping. He continued his studies at Åsa Folkhögskola, refining his foundation and dedicating himself to the style.
As Lil Dhammed, his movement is rooted in popping, drawing inspiration from gliding, tutting, and geometry, while also influenced by disciplines like parkour and tricking — giving his style a dynamic and playful edge.
Repping
@mutants.funk , a crew known for strong individuality and high-level dancers, he brings both skill and a genuine joy for movement into the space.
Simon in the Orbit adds another important layer — connecting different backgrounds, approaches, and expressions within freestyle and battle culture.
I’m looking forward to having him in Lillehammer and to what he will bring into the circle.
