For years, DJ and producer Mustard was stuck in a cycle of gaining and losing weight. At his heaviest, he weighed in at 340 pounds on a 5’7” frame. He changed his diet and drinking and was able to shed 70 pounds before the pandemic, but still struggled to maintain healthy habits. “I weighed like 270 and said to myself, ‘If I get Covid, I am going to die.’” He decides to lock in. “I started walking around my block,” he say. “My walking turned into a sprint. Then three sprints turned into five.” He found meals he could consistently enjoy (his go-to: grilled tilapia, spinach, and corn). And he discovered a love of tennis, which he plays for a couple of hours almost daily, burning 1,000 around calories per session. Now he hovers around 225 pounds and intended to keep chipping away. “ I just want to walk around at a healthy weight,” he says. Read about Mustard’s transformation at the link in our bio.
