Reflections on what love without attachment or control requires and how due to societal influence/expectation this can be a really alien concept to grasp and practice; though paradoxically love like this is innate to our being.
At the same time, love without attachment is the only way true love and healing can bloom.

I listened to an interview w/ Matthew McConaughey on @thediaryofaceopodcast a few days ago and he said something along the lines of:
‘It’s all well and good to be grateful to be in spaces, but it’s another thing when you also know that you deserve to be there… and when you are grateful and know you deserve to be there, that is when your voice holds power’ 💥

Water holds all the truth in the world 🌎
& yet it changes shape and colour, adapts from form to form, shifts, freezes, warms, sizzles, evaporates into the atmosphere.
Water consistently adapts to survive, and so must we, being all made up of it
