Iāve been getting myofascial release at Muscle Lab for the past two years now and itās become a non-negotiable for me. My body simply functions better when Iām consistent with it.
Nothing, not stretching, not foam rolling, not a regular message actually fixes it the way this does.
I see my girl @taliafestek twice a month, sheās the absolute best!

Meet Vatche & Andy, founders of @musclelab . Andy is the entrepreneur and marketing/business mind behind the brand, while Vatche comes from a kinesiology, performance, and wellness background. Together, they built Muscle Lab into a luxury wellness and recovery lounge known for services like cryotherapy, IV therapy, stretch therapy, compression therapy, and recovery treatments for athletes, celebrities, and everyday clients. They launched the business in Pasadena during the pandemic in 2020, and despite the difficult timing, they grew through word of mouth and celebrity clientele. Muscle Lab later expanded to Studio City, Woodland Hills and they plan on opening more locations in the future.

Heavenly šš»āāļø My body was holding so much more tension than I realized. I went to @musclelab to try their myofascial release and left feeling like a new person. 10/10 recommend!
Myofascial release on the upper and lower back helps break up tight fascia, relieve tension, and improve mobility. Applying pressure between the thoracic spine and shoulder blade releases tight rhomboids, improves shoulder movement, and eases neck tension.
Heated scraping therapy takes it deeper by warming the tissue and boosting circulation, making it easier to release stubborn tightness. Together, this combo enhances flexibility, reduces inflammation, and helps your body fully reset so you can perform at your best.
taking recovery more seriously has been one of the biggest shifts in my training
i train hard⦠but i also deal with inflammation
and iāve realized pushing through it isnāt what gets results
this was my second time at muscle lab and we went deep
myofascial release, cupping, red light, scraping, tmj work
you donāt realize how much your body is holding until you start releasing it
itās not just about how you train
itās about how well your body can recover from it
and when your body feels better⦠everything performs better
i stopped pushing through it
and started slowing down
already looking forward to my next session šāāļø
Struggling with chronic neck tension or TMJ?
Myofascial release for neck pain is one of the most effective ways to break down deep tissue tightness, relieve built-up stress, and restore your full range of motion.
When combined with targeted cupping therapy, we can increase blood flow to the restricted fascia, accelerating your recovery and melting away that āstiff neckā feeling.
Whether youāre dealing with text neck, stress-induced tightness, or TMJ discomfort, our therapists are here to help you move freely again.
