I recently went along with @mummyterry.x for a lunch date in @murgerhan City branch and it was quite the Xi’an foodie adventure! 😃
We tried their oil splashed beef bone marrow noodles as well cold noodles, clay pot, their murgers (flaky flatbread filled with meat - think of it as a cross between a sandwich and burger) and some chicken dumplings. We finished off with the cutest desserts, a milk pudding and a terracotta warrior that looked too cute to eat! 🤣
All the noodles are handmade fresh on site and if you’re feeling extra hungry it’s good to know that they do UNLIMITED noodle refills for FREE (applies to their main Biang Biang noodles dishes) AND no service charge!
