I’m really grateful for all the sweet feedback and hope you enjoyed my ‘open jelly cake’ idea: mix & match the cake base, cream & sauce flavours, add your fav toppings, then i’ll build the cake fresh right away. I’ve always wanted to bring this concept to real-life: cute cakes at the market, easy to grab like street food, but still delicate & lovely. FINALLY we made it happen :)))

Biggest TY to my partner in crime EVA for helping me 7 days in a row, from prep work to market sitting, with loads of big laughs. Thanks to her perfect piping skills, every cake looked extra cute 🥹🎀 And my best designer, driver & KP @lhkiosk for posters, menus, sticker packs etc, basically everything I had no time (or brain) to manage 😭🫶 Too many names to thank… honestly none of this would’ve happened without you all.

The first Korontini extra virgin olive oil cake made by jelly guru @murder.cake !
Our extra virgin olive oil from Crete is smooth and velvety, giving a golden-green aesthetic which works just as well in cakes as it does everywhere else. Kiki used olives as her inspiration to make this gluten-free orange almond cake layered with Mediterranean lemon cheese cake and topped with extra virgin olive oil jelly!
