We are looking for a qualified Structural Project Engineer/Project Manager to become an integral part of our team. In business since 2009, we specialize in the structural design in the Pacific Northwest region and California. Past projects include award-winning architectural masterpieces, complex medium rise commercial buildings, innovative heavy timber structures, simple residential remodels, and everything in between.
A preferred candidate will have at least three years of experience in the structural design of buildings using wood, concrete, masonry and steel, although all levels of experience are welcome to apply. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil/Structural engineering is required. All applicants must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be creative, proactive, detail-oriented and be willing to take ownership of projects.
Understanding of construction, architectural design, and structural systems, and a willingness to learn is highly desirable. Successful candidates should be able to work well within a team, take instruction, and also work independently with minimal amount of supervision. Ideally, we are looking for someone to train and grow with our company into a position of high value and responsibility.
