Opening new perspectives for future talent 🌟
Recently, we welcomed 19 female pupils for #GirlsDay at Munich Re and gave them a firsthand look into the world of reinsurance.
From understanding how insurance and reinsurance work, to exploring Aviation, Marine and Contingency risks, the girls experienced how diverse expertise comes together across our business. Through quizzes, team visits, and exchanges with colleagues, they discovered the breadth of topics and career paths behind our daily work.
A highlight was the hands-on data session with our NatCat experts: working with real natural catastrophe data, they explored use cases and gained their first insights into how data supports global risk assessment and decision-making.
