Ride Number 9- Bridgend Loop! This was the furthest we’ve done this year! The sun was shining and so was my bright red face 😂 We joked at the beginning but then surprised ourselves with how good our pace was considering the elevation and distance! Our training is definitely working in our favour- this is the beginning of us going further and faster with each ride!
Ride Number 6- The Booze [Dan’s A Loser] Cruise! Our friends have bikes! More of a social ride this time. We got the train up to Merthyr and cycled back to Cardiff with a few stops for drinks on the way! Weather wasn’t amazing but that didn’t stop us!

Today is a very sad day for underground dance music in Cardiff 😢 The first photo was taken during the emotional moment that the club closed its doors for the very last time. It was an absolute honer to (unsuspectingly) hold the last ever event there with @stompz_ and the @nrgcardiff boys. Shout out to everyone that came down. Had an awesome weekend at @focuswales in Wrexham with @radioplatfform doing interviews, checking out bands and preforming. Highlights for me have to be Bardd and seeing the Cardiff boys killing it on the other side of the country.
