Josh & Mare’s 3 Day Iceland Elopement was nothing short of an ADVENTURE. From paragliding over the Black Sand Beach, chasing waterfalls, to realizing a volcano eruption was happening the night of their elopement. WOW! What an unforgettable experience. In this trailer I wanted to truly show the essence of who Josh & Mare are and not just Iceland. Sure, Iceland is incredible & has jaw dropping beauty but that shouldn’t be the main focus or character. Josh & Mare’s goofy, fun, and adventurous spirits should be! Enjoy :)

A couple years ago, Gaby once told me one of her favorite quotes, “Artists use lies to tell the truth.” This really stuck with me and is the perfect example of Gaby’s approach to photography. Yes, artists created a lie, but because I believe it, I found something true about myself. These images are not just photos, they are stories & a pathway of seeing me and Sarah’s love from a different perceptive which revealed something true about us that we didn’t know before. I believe THAT is true photography. In a world where the barrier to enter the photography world is pretty low, there are sum that completely stick out of the loudness & gaby is one of those photographers. So much respect for her artistry & genius. Always an honor for you to capture us through your lens. Thank you Gaby!!!
