This is Kiss. She came in to the clinic as a late fall baby. I have been over wintering her and her roommate Pounce. Since it has been a very cold winter, they could not be soft released until this month. I will miss her so. Even though she is a wild animal, we got to know each other and have a connection, to her it might just be about food. To me it is a special kind of love. My beautiful mom Emily Mitchell is now in hospice. And although it’s so hard for her and utterly bitter sweet, we get to spend all our time together now. I love her and respect her and honor her and look up to her. I can’t bear her not being here anymore.
