As far as we know, this BMW 218d B47 just set a world record: 100–200 km/h in only 13.7 seconds This platform is particularly challenging to tune because the ECU has limited VNT control strategies, which makes precise boost control difficult. It took us many revisions and extensive logging to get everything properly under control. The gearbox is also running our Stage 3 transmission tune, allowing it to handle the power and torque reliably. Logs and 100–200 calculations show ~280 hp / 590 Nm, compared to the stock 150 hp / 350 Nm. We could’ve shared dynographs from our DYNOMET GPS, but the client was all about real-world times. And yes, all performance is achieved without smoke — creating smoke isn’t power, and it’s a principle we stand by. All safety measures are enabled, with EGTs capped at 700°C under high load This project wouldn’t have been possible without the help of @muchboost , who supported us whenever we needed it. We’ve now completed this setup multiple times on B47 20d and 18d platforms, which allowed us to fully master this configuration. For customers looking for a more moderate setup, we also offer an alternative using an OEM B47 20d turbo, which can realistically achieve around 235 hp and 500 Nm. Current setup: 3 inch downpipe B47 Stage 2 hybrid turbo from @muchboost B47 20d injectors Chinese intercooler (very poor IAT — meaning there is still potential for an even better result) Extras: Hard cut Sport+ mode activation Sport display calibration
