Here is a motor i finished early this year for @shockworks_suspension for his TA s13 and we ended up making 800HP atw through the 8hp gearbox, we have since decided to go to manual trans and upgrade the head to one of my roller setups and really turn it up
If anyone wants to see more of this car check out the shockworks team and see what they are upto I love the shockworks product and use their suspension in all my builds their quility is second to none so when I needed shock and chris needed an engine it was pretty easy to work together on this project
These billet blocks are terrible from the manufacturer with nothing being in spec of on a tollerence so every aspect has to be checked and possibly corrected
Would you believe 800hp was achieved on standard cams with vvl still in place so we will see what we can do after the next round of work

Here i have my test head used to develop the sr20ve roller rockers all finished up with #kelfordcams cam shafts and my cnc port and chamber program and supertech valvetrain
120lb seated pressure on the springs and some absolutely monster lift on the nose

4age 16v cam billet cam sensor bracket
This bracket mounts to the factory head bolt positions and allows the use of a cherry hall effect sensor
With most cam gears this system will work but it will require the owner to figure out there own ferros metal pickup for the sensor to read
In the case here we are using hasslegren cam gears and I would simply change 4 of the 5 bolts to titanium and leave 1 bolt as steel but replace it with a longer bolt so it passes the snesor
This is a neat looking solution and I will be doing further testing to make it fit behind the factory timing plastic cover
These are on the shelf now and ready to ship

Here we have a cam home/sync position sensor that "should" be bolt in solution for anyone who wishes to delete the dizzy on their 16v for a cleaner look, combined with my crank speed/position kit this will make the ultimate bolt in trigger kit
But I need help from you guys, I need to know what cam gears these need to work with hence the "should" comment earlier so leave a comment as I have to make it suit the majority of the 16v setups out there
I currently will be making these work with oem,toda and kelford cam gears I also would love to get my hands on some cat cams cam gears (I won't be making these work on ebay gears)

4age crank sensor bracket it about to be dropped from myself to the 4age and 7age community
This is a billet bracket to hold a zf black sensor on any 4age oilpump excluding blacktop pump
This sensor works with all combinations including 4age16v,4age20v 7age16v and 7age20v
The belt paths on the 4 combos is different so alot of effort went into making sure it would work on all the combinations
This allows you to run the zf black sensor directly onto the timing gear for accurate crank position
With a locking grub screw for a set and forget install this is the best looking and hidden away sensor setup available
The kit will include the sensor bracket, bolts, grub screw and zf sensor and is a complete bolt in no modifications addition (aside from wiring)
There is 10 in raw and 10 in black (its hidden away anyway)
