If something always hurts after riding, you’re missing something.
Start building durability with strength training. Train each muscle group twice per week, with at least two sets taken close to failure.
Do some core exercises AND lower back exercises. One cannot be strong without the other.
Work on mobility where you are stiff and feeling pain. The problem is probably too little movement during training, not too much.
If you want to stop riding with pain, download the MTF app and follow our proven training system.
Are you looking for riding drills to help you get faster? Try a no brake moto.
Dropping your brakes forces your to carry your momentum and commit to the turn, instead of worrying about trying to slow down.
You also need to be better at connecting the track and thinking ahead.
If you’d like access to more track training drills like this, download our app from the app store and look at the track training plans.

If you’re sore all the time, your body can’t improve.
Good training balances hard days and easy days.
That’s how riders stay fast longer.

Olympic weight lifting is its own sport. It takes lots of dedicated practice to even be able to do the exercises safely with good technique.
A better alternative is more traditional strength training, working in medicine ball throws, box jumps, hex bar jumps, and other exercises that help develop power without needing so much technique work.
If you want to see how we develop strength and power, download our app from the app store and start your free 7 day trial.
Dead legs usually mean fatigue, not weakness.
Training through it every time just digs a deeper hole.
We adjust load instead of forcing it.
