Procrastination is very common, but we DO have some tips on how to stay on top of things. ✔️
1️⃣ Recognize the behaviour
💭 If you continue to avoid the same tasks or make the same excuses, it may be a sign that you are procrastinating.
🧠 Tip: It's important to recognize the difference between procrastinating and having a valid reason not to do something.
2️⃣ Prioritize your tasks
✔️ Get organized by asking yourself what needs to get done, what doesn't and what is important! Creating a list can be an effective way of organizing your tasks.
3️⃣ Trim your to-do list
❌ This will stop you from focusing on those small, inefficient tasks and make your list seem less overwhelming.
☀️ Tip: Do this the day before so you are all good and set to go the next morning!
