As I’ve been digging back into my work with @theyouthwillbeallwrite , I’ve been very intentional about finding restorative reads that challenge me and reframe how I view justice and what I *think* I know about reform.
This week’s reads (and watches) reminded me that reform starts with recognition. Recognition that these kids, are still kids 🧡
If we’re serious about reform, we have to be willing to unlearn and de-stigmatize.

The world we’re living in constantly has me questioning humanity and if we have the capacity to show up for one another, free of bias and dated notions…and gestures like these keep me going and believing that we have it in us to be GOOD 💗
