I go back + forth often about letting my title define me. And after almost two years of being under employed and being one of the first no limit soldiers of the millenial career crisis I can confidently say it doesnāt.
But Iāll be damned if Iām not good af at what I doā¦ that I donāt feel good afā¦ especially when I look good af while doing it š š¾š š¾

Iāve always been direct.
That was never the issue.
What took time was learning delivery.
How to hand someone the truth, the math, the realityā¦
without setting the room on fire or shrinking myself to make it land softer.
For a while I thought confidence meant volume..talk loud + fast, take up space, sell the room.
Meanwhile Iām over here like:
āthe numbers arenāt changing just because you shouted them.ā
It took reps, jobs, mistakes, and a few hard lessons to realize:
my voice works better when Iām clear, curious, and grounded.
Not performing certainty, just having it.
Now I show up like myself:
warm, direct, comfortable, and very sure of what I know.
Not playing it small, not playing it cute.. just playing to my strengths.
If that reads as confidence, cool.
I just call it experience with better timing.
