And that’s because we built a tool that fully automates the 360 feedback process.
For the uninitiated, a “360” is the simple but powerful practice of collecting honest, anonymous feedback from the people who know you best.
I’m building this because clear, direct feedback is one of the most valuable drivers of personal growth.
And yet, 95% of the people I know have never experienced a 360, even founders, coaches, and senior leaders.
Not because they don’t want it.
Because it’s been too time consuming, too expensive, or buried inside clunky HR software.

And I realized, the only reason more people didn’t have that experience… was because it was too hard to create.
That insight led to a movement, now more than 8 million tribute videos created around the world.
Now, we’re on a mission to do the same thing for feedback.
What used to take hours, now takes minutes with 360, and we did that without sacrificing the quality of a more manual feedback process.
