This time last year, Boxing Day 2024, was to be our last walk together. I would never have guessed that in a million years. We should have had a couple of decades more Christmas walks, conspirstorial chats, laughs, G&Ts, carefully selected wines, good coffees. Life isn't fair of course but it was especially unfair in taking my Uncle John in June in the cruel way it did. He is missed by everyone, and much thought of. There was never a kinder, wiser or more authentic man than you, Uncle John. It was a privilege to call you family.

Saturday 15 Mar pt2 / One for the low dopamine humans... post- run living room steam session and 3rd time using my maddest ever impulse buy - home steam room tent with full demo for the curious. I actually managed to delay buying this for a few days back in Feb when I got it but it turns out I have 0 regret! It even gets so hot I can't have it on the top setting and while I may stay using it outside my living room stays cool and dry. 🤣😂😅 Now ft. eucalyptus oil. If I was wrong I don't want to be right.
