Today, I celebrate me.
The girl who learned how to juggle academics with multiple part‑time jobs, internships, and volunteer roles. The girl who built a proper brand, stayed afloat when things got heavy, and still crossed the finish line in the top 5 of 164 students.
This journey was hard. There were moments I felt overwhelmed, moments I questioned if I could really do it all, or if it was even worth it. Through the long days and nights, sacrifices, tears, falling apart and picking myself back up again.
And somehow, through determination and the grace of God, I made it. I proved to myself that I’m capable of more than I ever gave myself credit for.
I’ve waited 9 years for this day. I’m so proud of you, Adesola. For holding on. For not giving up when it would’ve been easier to disappear.
