OMG 😱 STORY TIME!!!
I had the pleasure of meeting this beautiful soul. She was such a vibe. Like 5 stars lol. She looked familiar so I had to ask and found out we follow each other. Didn’t want to be loud and wrong lol. During the appointment everything was fine. We ate this ponytail up! She left super cute. ☺️
Fast forward to later in the day. She told me her wrap around piece unraveled. Y’all my heart dropped 🥺. I don’t know what happened. Talk about feeling like shit. I am my toughest critic so I really felt like shit. I’m just being totally honest. I offered to fix it but she wasn’t available for me to do so. Now I felt even worse. I don’t know what feeling is worse than shit, but I felt it 😩.
So I offered her next ponytail on me. Yes a free ponytail. I know some will say “WTH” but understand this. First impressions are everything. And although what happened was minor, it still was an inconvenience. I have no problem with accepting when I mess up and definitely not a problem with fixing my mistakes. I stand by my work and how I treat people. So thank you again for booking with me. An I apologize again for the inconvenience an I hope you will allow me to right my wrong ❤️
