I am overdue for a posted selfie but 35 years around the sun feels pretty good! I am beyond grateful for the life God has blessed me with. To think I'd be celebrating any birthdays beyond 16 is a miracle within itself! I am super excited for all that is in store for me and I am grateful for the people in my circle.

I attended this concert last year and it was the highlight of my Christmas season! They have a pro level organist playing christmas music an original pipe organ - for FREE?! Plus you will have a chance to see a camera stream of his hands playing and pressing all the different buttons to change sounds. You are gonna want to be there this Saturday, in the Westerleigh area, 7pm. Super excited!!

Last night's performance took me far away from reality, which is a necessary trip on occasion 😆. I don't remember the exact year but my wonderful sister Bri OUTDID HERSELF making my 34th birthday cake yesterday as a replica cake I loved nearly 30 years ago! The big reveal involved a couple of minutes of uncontrollable laughter, followed by a phone call and pictures sent to the lady who birthed me - another 5 minutes of inaudible laughing, with tears that time!! 🤣
At 34 years old, I love who I am and who I am becoming. Looking on the past, I never thought I would actually like myself. Birthdays were a depressing reminder of how much I did not value myself. But here I am, loving who God is refining me into, another year of fire to look more like Him. The only pain I want to feel is the pain I've been feeling after the gym LOL

Welcome to my newest favorite thing to do - gardening! There is something so relaxing about nurturing the growth of plants. It truly fascinates me to grow mint and make fresh herbal tea or add fresh chive flowers to a meal. @brinicolemusic and I are learning about the different parts of the plant that are edible and nutritionally beneficial for us. She made fresh raspberry leaf tea, that was DELICIOUS. We've made fresh pesto from the basil we are growing. And we have a large harvest of different tomatoes and squash coming in soon 🙌

What a day with the sister God gave me! It was too beautiful to not escape Staten Island for the green pastures and fresh air of Pennsylvania. I love driving the back roads of PA and looking at the fields and animals! It is so peaceful 😊

Happy Resurrection Sunday! Celebrating my birthday this holy week put into perspective the death and resurrection of Christ in a deeper way! It feels like a genuine celebration of new life. Most don't see the inner transformation that has been taking place or even realized that I was barely breathing and in a dark space a couple years back. I don't often publically say it but it truly is because of the cross that I am alive, well, and transformed. All I have left is gratitude ✝️
