I sometimes wonder about all the negatives and the hopelessly helpless humans walking around me, ( including me )  And hence I wrote this little metaphorical poem about everything and nothing. I wrote it in haste and polished it afterwards and somehow I converted it into a short film.  Hope you all like it.  #shortfilm #animatedfilm #animation #indiefilm

Collective Echoes of the Silenced Yep, that's the name of the artwork I made. It's a "deep in the cave where no one foots step" scene. All these boulders are faces of women whose voices have been systematically suppressed under the guise of religious veils. I feel that sometimes these veils become gag clothes, put on them to keep their voices and ultimately their thoughts in control. Some women are still born behind veils and they die behind them, it's no protection it's rather a total identity theft. I don't believe that religious veils protect women, they just condition them to stick to the roles a few decide for them, and these veils ensure their captivity rather than protection. I couldn't bear the thought that so many souls who must have had beautiful thoughts and ideas to contribute to this world, just go voiceless. Hence I thought of this very concept. A cave, where no outsider can step foot, the souls of those women reside in these boulders and each take the shape of their face and the boulders even embody the texture of their hairs, here they have the freedom to grow the saplings of their imagination and care for them, they're free to express, and ultimately free to light up their dense cave through their little glowing plants, a metaphor of how each women can contribute soo much greater if they are given a safe space to breath and exhale and a chance to simply be. Yep that was that, I would love it if you have some counter arguments or simply something more to add to this image out of your personal imagination!!! Byee now !! Manjusha, an initiative to reintroduce and reinterpret the cultural stories of Bihar for the new generation. For this design project, I developed the visual identity of Manjusha inspired by Manjusha Art, one of the oldest folk narrative tradition from the Ang Pradesh region(now Bihar). Carrying Bihula’s resilience and strength at its core, the brand aims to protect and preserve the treasures of Bihar. To further extend the brand experience, I also explored Sonic Branding by taking inspiration from Bihar’s soundscape, its folk instruments and melodies. This animation film narrates the resilience of Bihula and the story of Bihula–Bishahari through a Manjusha Art inspired narrative experience. Nobody is born with Hate, It is deliberately taught. A stop motion exercise that we did a few days ago for our college assignment. The idea was simple, two caterpillars dilly-dallying through childhood in the protective shade of leaves, which is quickly taken away from them when they get engulfed into a cocoon made out of learned differences and hatred. That's what happens to most of us doesn't it ?? Somewhere along the way we all become victims of this, but there is a way out, and it's to look closely where all the voices emerge from, inside or outside !? Is it truly ours ?? Or just another tactic to blind us to the truth.... Ask, Question and then Act !! 1) Nobody is Born with hate claymation 2) practice Claymation ( without sound ) 3) Animatic for the same ( without sound ) 4) props for the film 5) aftermath of the props 6) @bkhiwatari020805 working on the animation 7) @ms.fate_ working on the animation Also thanks @wadermelan for helping out in the initial ideation. ISL illustration for NCERT So a few months back @mayurpatiiil reached out to me for a few illustrations which he needed for his project. His focus was to make the world more inclusive for children with special abilities, focusing on children who can't hear or speak. The solution he devised was simple yet impactful. It was to teach the abled kids (i.e you and me) ISL- Indian Sign Language!! This was to be done by adding an ISL chapter to the existing NCERT class-6th book and continuing from thereon. Hence I illustrated a few things, which included 1) Hand signs Of ISL 2) Real life applications of ISL in communication 3) Real life applications of ISL in communication 4) Practicing ISL through fun activities 5) Hand sign making 15 ( the chapter no. ) 6) Random and fun hand signs not related to ISL The project was fun and actually really cool learning opportunity for me. I even visited the school for these specially abled kids. Interacting with them in ISL (I thought I was good enough but I was actually very bad...) was something new and it shifted my perspective. Also try making every alphabet sign in ISL, it is soooooo muchhhhh funnnnnnnn but more importantly it is our responsibility as abled people to make this world a better and more inclusive space for all the people. #illustration #fyp #socialchange #indiansignlanguage #designproject #indianillustration

🪜📢 Stepping up, Speaking out 7) I am Not Afraid Anymore Through this illustration I just wanted to say that I am not as powerless as I once was, If I could, I would go back and change it, but in reality I can only move forward, So I just wanna say this : Yes, I was Sexually Harassed, I still feel those hands, I still feel empty and broken. But what has changed is that now I can talk about it. #illustration #steppingupspeakingout
