Meet Adrian Garza from @MrTacoNYC 🌮 Nestled in Brooklyn, you’ll find their delicious tacos which has quickly become a staple for @bkbackyardbar events and hungry local citizens.
Adrian drew inspiration from his grandmother and has always believed tacos should be handmade (with love). Finding vegetarian friendly options that would deliver on taste was a challenge, but after exploring with huitlacoche (corn fungus) and sweet potato, he finally discovered @fablefoodco pulled shiitake! *cue ray of light*
Just like his signature Al Pastor tacos, Fable worked in all the same ways and it was here to stay. Every story has a happy ending, and this little shroom eventually made its way to Mr Taco and found a new home ❤️🍄
