4/20/2018 - 8 years of being married to you!!!!! (I know, I know, I’m a day late posting) These photos are in order of oldest to newest as you swipe.
I love this person so much! We encourage each other to make more art and help each other with said art. There’s no other person I would rather live, laugh, love, cry, fight, and annoy. I wouldn’t have had as much growth as I have without this dude. He always challenging me and making me ask the hard questions (but the right ones). I love you so much @instadontgiveacrap 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
What did I do in January 2026???
Took my car to get an oil changed (Eden tagged along!) and immediately drove out to California by myself in 2 days time!! Laszlo tried to go with me.
Drove to Socorro, NM (had to get a breakfast burrito in Hatch!!!) then drove to San Diego the next day. Had fun getting to hang and spoil my nieces and nephew. I taught my niece, Ari to play Catan, she had fun and we played it a lot! I was out there for about a week and a half then my mom and I took our time driving back to drop her off in Colorado. We went to Sequoia national park, then drove up the California coast all the way to San Francisco before heading east. I drove down Lombard street! Lol! Got to see my niece (and nephew and brother and sister in law) in Colorado, the kids are growing TOO FAST!
First gig of the year for me was the last week of January! Art assisting was a pleasure!!! Love to do it!
Took some family friends’ kids out for dinner and ice cream!

FIIIIINALLY getting around to posting my 2025 highlights!!! lol!! We’ll see if I can do this monthly in 2026, just gotta catch up 😂😂😂
1- Food styling for Taco John’s! Did this several times, always great time!
2- My lover got me a DJ deck for Christmas and has been fun getting to play with it!
3- Filming “One More Time” written and directed by @instadontgiveacrap . I got to help do art on it and also designed the poster art for it. Has a handful of laurels now!! So proud!!
4- My little sisters wedding in Tyler, TX! The family doesn’t get together much since we’re spread out across the US!
5- I flew out to FL to meet up with my mom, I helped her drive back from FL to CO, dropping me off in MO! Lol.
6- My bday celebrations!! Was a funny moment of everyone looking at me while blowing out my candles, with all their phones out taking photos/video, I had to get a POV shot.
7- Saw Nick Cave!!! Definitely felt like a spiritual experience. Just incredible.
8- Jessie and I drove up to Michigan and filmed some stuff for Isaac’s art faire and hung out with our bff Isaac.
9- My fruit and veggie tray for Patrick Mahomes
10- Crafty! Passing out prepared snacks in between takes! This particular job had a crew of 150ish!
11- Rest in peace, Mary Ruth Forbess, Jessie’s grandmother. We had a grand time celebrating her life in Memphis.
12- TED LASSO CRAFTY TRAILER! Definitely a high light of the year! Long and HOT days. Couldn’t have done it without my team.
13- Went out to the Ozarks on a smaller shoot to film some cool car stuff. Had a blast there! The 80s nostalgic hotel had a very cool pool and hot tub with plants and wood everywhere.
14- Bought a new to me car!!! Something bigger and something that I can just the hit the road last minute and it will be reliable for a long time!!
15- This was definitely from one of the movies I worked on this year. This particular snack I make is always a hit!
16- Flew out to San Diego to help my sister who’s battling breast cancer, loved getting to take care of my nieces and nephew!! They are a blast.
17- Filming of “Kind Souls”! Directed by @instadontgiveacrap ! I got to camera operate on this, I’m hoping to cal op more this year!!!
Happy birthday to my travel buddy aka my momma!!!! I’ve been to almost every state with her and a handful of countries!! Here’s to another year of traveling and enjoying road trips!!! I love my mom so much! We may not agree on everything but she is incredibly smart, kind, and an amazing person all around. I know I am a lot like her in a lot of ways and I notice things in myself that I see in her, even sometimes to small things that might frustrate me. Women are amazing and they do not get enough credit, much like this woman! She does not get enough credit! Mother to 5 children (and 4 children in law, 5 grandchildren with one on the way!), engineer of 30 years, a wife for 33 years, a widow, a loyal church member, she fought and won breast cancer, donates time and money to those in need, she is gentle and patient, and an ear to talk to- & she knows I talk a lot! I love you so much momma!!! Happy birthday!!

(He’s out in the boonies doing audio on a movie). We’ve been working hard lately, jumped straight into hustling this new year, which was unexpected but great!!! We launched our LLC and trying to get that side of things kosher. We’ve got some exciting travels coming up. Overall, doing our own thing and pursing making more “bad art”. (All of the art!!!)
