People see the final images, but not the problem solving behind them. As a creative director and photographer, I’m constantly wearing multiple hats, troubleshooting, adjusting, and pivoting when things don’t go as planned. That ability to think fast under pressure is a big part of what makes a shoot successful.
There’s something powerful about being in rooms where purpose is felt, not performed.
Being surrounded by women who lead, build, and carry their stories with strength reminded me why I started and why I keep going.
